    • Line up the mounting holes in the camera mount with the holes in the upper grille support with the camera facing forward.
    • Secure the mount with the provided hardware:
      • Place a split washer on each bolt.
      • Place a flat washer on each bolt.
      • Insert the bolt assembly through the front camera mount, thorough the upper grille support.
      • Place a second flat washer over the bolt and secure with the provided nut.
      • Leave the nut slightly loose for now so that you can align the camera in the grille opening.

Step 3

Routing and connecting the wiring harness:

  • Connect the connection from the camera extension wire to the camera.
    • We recommend securing with tape.
  • Route the wires along the grille support towards the passenger side of the Jeep.
  • Continue running the wire backwards towards the firewall and through the firewall grommet into the cab of the Jeep.
  • Continue running the wires to the back of the radio.
  • Once you have verified that your wire has reached the radio, secure the harness with zip ties as needed.

Step 4

Connect the camera to your Alpine bundle:

You will need to remove the head unit for this step.

  • Connect the camera wire to the connection labeled "Front Cam In"
  • Place the Jeep into accessory power to turn on the head unit.
  • Turn on the camera in the settings menu:
To turn on your cameras, navigate to this menu:

    • The bracket can be slide left & right to adjust horizontal field of view.
    • Once you are happy with the placement and fitment within the grille, fully tighten the mounting hardware.
